You’ve heard it all, seen it all, eaten it all. Everything zucchini.
Year after year folks look for new ways to “dispose” of this easy to grow, can’t give away veg. They cook with them, bake with them and make Harry Potter Puppet Pals with them.
But just in case you’ve thrown away your list, I’ll post you a few tried & true to get you in the mood and several out-of-the-box to get your creative juices flowing.
Each summer I’m reminded just how much one vegetable can be both loved and hated.
